Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unused and in their original condition and packaging. 

To initiate a return, please contact us. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item. Please include the return authorization number with your returned item.  

If you are returning an item, please package it securely and use a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Return Refunds 

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If it does, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
